stuck in game

i was playing a game of flex with some friends. there was already a trying to reconnect for everyone of the game at 5 mins but after that was gone it worked for 5 min but then it started again but know it would not stop i had contact with players on my and enemy team but everyone has been stuck in that game for 3 hours after trying to leave and reconnect you cant even get in loading screen. did somene have this problem? does it tazke long before the game ands so we are free from the rito prison?
