[CLIENT] reconnecting bug

Ever since the new patch, I have been getting a "attempting to reconnect" 2-3 times every single game. I already tried repairing client multiple times, but the reconnecting still appears. Even when I am reconnecting, the rest of the players and game seem to move normally, rather than freeze when a normal reconnect occurs. This happens in both summoners rift and aram games, and the champion doesn't seem to matter. The video shows one of the instances of this issue. Not sure if anyone else is also experiencing this, of if its something with my client specifically. Thanks for your time!
