Brand Bug??

So as me and my friend were playing a game of ranked there seemed to be something up with the Brand's hitboxes it seems to be super larger, he also hits through minions and I have video of it happening the guys name was uOvChapman, can someone look into this for me?

I can second this report. I was in the game and can confirm this "bug" I saw it after the fact in the replay.
