Still won't let me make my PBE account

I got the acceptance letter for the PBE Thursday and it brings me to the pending application tab instead of the create your account one. I have heard most cases were fixed, but mine hasn't yet. I'll be patient, but I was really excited and now I'm kinda sad that I have to wait to try the preseason.

Mine is almost the same thing i click the email and it goes straight to the download client and i cant even click step 3 to create my PBE account. what is going on??
