Zed Bug (Especially SKT Zed)
SKT T1 Zed skin, Shadow's Shuriken does not pop a handful amount of time.

I've also had this happen repeatedly with base zed since the last patch as well. As far as I can tell it only happens when you q while the shadow is still travelling (If you q immediately after using w). When this happens the animation still plays like he's throwing it but no shuriken gets thrown.
