[GAMEPLAY] Reksai loses his attacksped passive after GA proc, gamebreaking?

Ok, so i play Rek'sai a lot and i noticed alot of times my attackspeed gets slower and i didnt know why for most of the time thought bug interaction with Fronzen heart of omen or w/e something that slows attack speed but i noitced 1 time it happened right after i died with GA and revived with lower attack speed my attack speed bonus from my ultimate passive was gone. This happens 100% of the time

1. Pick Reksai
2. Farm and level up to 6,11,16 and buy GA
3. Die
4. Lose Attack speed passive and cry T_T

Right now i have to not buy GA which isnt an optimal solution GA is very good on her

I've tried this in a custom game to make sure it happened again the bug, if you want me to submit a video or something i can Just please riot fix it
