[CLIENT] Client has visual issues in game lobby sometimes

Occasionally when i enter the game lobby ( the part where i see my teammates before the game) I either see a black and can't do anything or only only champion icons and hovering over parts of ui will show them but still will bug in-game. Playing ap caitlyn because you can't change runes or masteries will not help me win any games.
