Soraka's Wish [R] doesn't give her an assist when the fighting Ally was full HP at use, even when Soraka has Windspeaker's Blessing.

Same reason Twisted Fate ult doesn't give assists for vision, or when it used to slow.

Riot said years ago that they don't want people using their ultimates like that, they want them used properly.

You are wrong, Soraka ult in general counts as assistance.

It's not a bug. Working as intended. And stop trying to ult to boost your numbers. If you wanted to waste abilities to make yourself look good then play Vayne or something.

That's why I mentioned Windspeaker's Blessing. It still increases armor and mr even when no hp was restored, therefore it should give an assist.

Just like when Twisted Feets global slowed, it didnt give an assist (from memory)

Soraka Ult grants assists with Ardent Censer, why not Windspeaker's Blessing? You are obviously trolling while comparing TF ult with Soraka. And even if its supposed to give no assist, then it is a bug that Windspeaker's Blessing get activated without healing done.
