Basic attacks not working

Sometimes when I am playing my right click won't work, specifically my basic attacks, I can use A and left click but it also won't let me open the store or place wards or anything like that, I can still move and I don't think it's my mouse. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Check the hotkeys, should be under the movement section.
