I don't have any Anti-virus software other then windows defender and I still got disconnected early today. As soon as I went to the loading screen my router rebooted entirely. Luckily I was able to get back in game in time before the game started. And I even disconnected once more while in that game. I don't think Anti-virus software has anything to do with this matter.

This scenario has never happen to me before.

I run AVG not Avast and I'm having the same problem.

Also using defenders. Disconnect from games multiple times but my internet is still connected because I can still watch youtube in the background or search through other sites.
