Rek Sai Tunnel Bug

I don't have any gameplay of it happening but, it happened right when I went through a tunnel to an enemy who was at the time was about halfway done destroying the tunnel. I went through and knocked him up. My tunnel then just went on cool down, and became invulnerable. It could not die nor be destroyed. I still could go through and Teleport to it. I haven't tried to recreate the Bug yet.
