Button controls wont work like 50% of the time

if you check the replay of 8/1/19, game lasting 24:24 mins, me going 7/8/6, defeat for solo/duo

towards the end of the replay you should see that I randomly walk towards the enemy towards baron pit, that I have myself have pinged that was mia is where my controls stopped working for screen lock.

Y wont work, space bar wont work. I always play on screen lock and I never press to unlock it. But for some reason it unlocks, I cant relock it, I cant space bar it, I cant do anything and I toss the game.

Riot help me on this. I dont know how to fix this thing, when my controls are clearly set to the right options and this randomly happens 50% of the time, and I might get banned or suspended cause of this shit.
