Took me out of game

I was queued in for a game then I chose my champ and the loading screen started. I received a bug splat message and then I attempted to reconnect to the client. That didn't work so then I tried again. Once I did that it said returning to lobby and my other team members were forced to remake the game. I'm going to commit suicide and leave a note saying it was your companies fault if this happens again. This is the second time this has happened.
