I cant get any key frags anymore it seems, I keep getting chest but no key frags, iv been on 2 key frags for a little over a month and I think something is wrong as I used to get way more keys than chest, but now I'm getting a lot of chest but no keys, can someone help I really want to open these things and get my skin.

you have bad RNG iv been getting key fragments all the time

This is not a bug, this has to do with chance, drop rate, and how it lowers the more key fragments you receive
