Game ended, but im still in game?

sooo we finish this game and I'm waiting ever so patiently to see the end game stats, to see if I got an s. it ends up taking forever so I just skipped the after game stats. so I go to queue up again and it says "uh oh client says your still in a game, give it a restart." I exited client and signed back in to a "abandoned game screen."I click reconnect and the client just black screens. Close the client and try again. Same cycle... please help me with this problem. I cannot play anymore until this is resolved.
