Help, I can't get into a League game

Whenever I try to start a game (even customs with just me) my game never loads and i get met with the LOL client immediately telling me to reconnect. No matter how many times I hit the reconnect button it wont. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. I have used the hextech repair tool before to reinstall and it always has an error about halfway through. I don't know what's going on, how can I fix it? I just want to play a game with my friends.

Edit: I used the clean reinstall feature on the Hextech repair tool and a custom game worked, will keep people posted if anything else happens.

Same problem here, also tried the same things but haven't found a fix yet.
