Didnt get a chest after getting an S rank!?

I played as Katarina and the hole game my game lagged sometimes and at the end when the enemies surrendered I couldn't see the Victory screen. Just the destroyed nexus and i couldn't get out of the game so i left it and i saw that i have earned an S rank but didn't get a chest. So can i just get somehow the chest and can Riot please fix this bug
