Creep Score Count Not Showing Correctly

Ill be honestly i was playing 3s when this happened but i noticed the enemy alistar was for some reason at 19 cs at 20 minutes. i was like whaat? i asked him was his cs was and it was at 80 something. after he started to farm cs i didnt update till he was at 100. This also was the same for my teammates. Cs wouldn't be updated sometimes. I dont know if this was just this one game or if it was just me client but thought id let you know just in case it isnt.
