Having a problem

So the problem is- Im finding a match, get into banning or choosing a champion and then everything close and it appears small board with something like "Problem has occur" and then my option is to send whats the problem.So i messaged them about my issue because its not my internet, but like the worst part is that they are punishing me to wait in queue for 5-10 minutes a day because they think i left and its my fault.Idk what to do because its like a month and half still the same problem everyday for 2-3 times.
