attempting to reconnect issues

been going on for a week now cant play lol because it keeps having attempting to reconnect issues. I have reinstalled lol and did not help. I rebooted my computer and did a malufacture restart to my computer and installed the game but still have the issue of attempting to reconnect issues. I don't know what to do but this game I really want it to work any help?
