[Crash] Stuck in load screen of the game at 100%

As the title states, when I'm trying to play a game of League of Legends, I'm met with the loading screen taking 5+ minutes longer to load the game, and then it sits there at 100%. The loading screen isn't frozen; the indication that shows the ms in the game continues to spin. However, this only happens occasionally for some reason. To reproduce this bug, I simply don't know.

One thing is for sure though... I'm being punished as a player with this bug. To put me on lower prioritization queue simply because of a bug, this really makes me furious. Please fix this issue quickly, so that I can enjoy the game like everyone else.
