A little QoL change to champ select

Hello. There is a relative new "mechanic" in champ select which is "favorite" champions. However, when I select "Sort by favorites" or "Sort by mastery", it restarts every champ select. The next champ select it's sort by name again. It's a little quality of life change which I think makes sense, make the selection permanent (like it is in collection). I like to have my favorite champs to play / ban on top so I don't have to search them every time, and having "sort by favorite" permanent will be nice and probably east to do on Riot's side.
