[CLIENT] TALIYAH SPLASH -ART MISSING ON LAUNCHER'S FREE CHAPION ROTATION

When opening league in the laucher where you get to launch the game to the log in screen. the splash-art for is missing it is just shows as a black window. even if i click the image is apears as a broken image while her name, titel, roles and stats are shown correctly

nothing special needs to be done. just open league and you will see.

i tried restarting 3 times still the same effect.
