It's a bug or ? Please help me...

Guys please help me... Today i played 3 matches of lol... after i exited it i turned off my pc and went outside. Now I turned back and i have a huge bug or idk what... I deleted the league, reinstalled it but nothing so let me explains what happens. And if you know please help me . So the first thing its this:

1. I start the league client lol.launcher ; lol.launcher.admin ; LeagueClient. -> it brings me up this: https://gyazo.com/1d5ea7ec4965458877b1320525279a95
2. I hit launch, this appears https://gyazo.com/354b81d2647916f916767cf979876f44 ( sorry for that you can see how i still work on this board xd )
3. I wait 10-30 secs and after this the .png image dissapears... and the client to write my ID and PASS don't appear... idk why... P.S: As i said, i already tried to unninstall and reinstall it, to run it from all 3 clients , but nothing so if you guys know what happened and why please let me know... Today i played 3 matches and it worked perfectly but when i came home it didn't started anymore... HELP PLS
