kayne UI bug

i've been having a bug where everytime i play , my gui bugs out i can't click on abilities or level them up via the level up arrow i can't click on my items either the only thing that works are the hotkeys, so i can still level up abilities and buy items but i can't ping them or anything that requires clicking onto the icons (of the abilities and items) is anyone else experiencing this or is it just my computer acting up?
