[Client] Failed to load champ select for ARAM

This has now happened the past two ARAM games I have queued for today (and the only games I have queued for today). I queued for an ARAM game and accepted but after accepting the game I was stuck on a black screen with nothing. I could close the client, but a pop-up occurred saying I would get a soft ban if I closed my client because I was in champ select for a game. After a while the game DID start and everything was normal, but before that I was unable to re-roll my champ, change my runes, and even see what my and my teammates' champs were.

Unfortunately I can't give step-by-step instructions because all I did was turn on my client, queue for an ARAM game, and accept the ARAM game. So far I have queued for two ARAM games today and it has happened to both of them. I closed my client the second time and am waiting out the penalty so I guess I'll try again shortly and update if anything different occurs.
