My Lol started to lag a lot after the preseason update

Ok so after the preseason update I've gotten a lot of "lag spikes" lately. Its not really lag spikes but like everyone stops moving in all of a sudden and I cant move either, After like 5 seconds I can move again... I've tried to reinstall lol but it didn't help at all. Any other suggestions?

A lot of people I've played with have mentioned slight FPS issues, which can happen after a patch update (especially one as large as the one we just had). Until they role out some internal fixes that make things a little more streamlined with all the new additions, I would put your client into "Low Spec Mode" in the settings tab of the upper right corner if your client.
