[GAMEPLAY] Thresh misclassified as a melee champion for item purchases

Thresh cannot buy Runaan's Hurricane, but CAN buy Tiamat (and its upgrades), even though Thresh is a ranged champion. He cannot use Tiamat, does not get the execute from Relic Shield, gets the reduced effects of Red buff, Frozen Mallet, Guinsoo's Rageblade, and (in previous patches) could buy and use Runaan's Hurricane.

1. Play Thresh
2. In the store, Runaan's Hurricane is disabled with the text "Ranged Champions Only"
3. Tiamat is available for purchase in the store, even though Thresh cannot use its active ability, nor the passive abilities of its upgrades.
