League client (TM) not responding

I was playing normally until an error happened recently. I tried to open LoL, then play again, but after the champ selection when League of Legends (TM) Client tries to open the window, it doesn't display and just shows the program running on the task bar, but it doesn't respond. So then I tried to reinstalled, but it didn't work even thought I restart my computer when I installed the game. My next step was to use the Hextech Repair Tool but that didn't help much either. Although somehow worked one match when I deleted everything of LoL in my disk C: and also installed on my second hardrive. However, I couldn't open it ever again. (By that I mean get it to load completely to the game). If anyone solved this please let me know because I been trying everything I could to fix it and the weirdest thing is that I can run any other game but LoL.
