Client Problem

Hi

My client has been doing this for a while now. Every time i try to log in my client looks like this ( https://prnt.sc/q1f0mb ) and after around 30secs it says "There was an unexpected error with the log in session. Please try again". I usually have to log in around 20 times, and almost every time I try for 45mins to an hour to actuallly log in. I'm using a VPN (VPNbook) for my college dorm internet so I was thinking that may be the problem. I always exit League through task manager but still get the error message every time I try to log in.
