Champion Stops responding to input.

I've looked up the issue an have browsed through post from years ago and cant seem to find a solution to the issue or what is even causing it.

My champion, regardless of who i am playing , at random moments in games will completely stop responding to right click input as well as casting skills or anything of the sort.If i was auto attacking anything before it stops responding the champ will continue that , and the same will happen if I sent my champion to move somewhere. The champ will just keep walking without a care in the world. The periods of unresponsiveness last anywhere from 2-5 seconds and that is more than enough time for me to wander into an enemy or in lane for me to get bursted down and die/forced to back out of lane, and this issue has been negatively affecting my games. My ping is a steady 32-34 during games and when this happens it stays as such, enemy champions can be seen moving as well as minions tower shots and all normal effects. I dont know exactly whats causing it and would appriciate some insight as to what this is and how to fix it.

This sounds a bit like packet loss, so first I'd suggest hard resetting your modem and router by unplugging them for 5 minutes. If it's packet loss you're getting and it doesn't go away, you may need to contact your ISP for help.

Please follow the steps (if there are any you haven't completed) on the Connection Troubleshooting Guide to make sure your connection is set up properly.

If those steps don't help, you can view your connection by running a traceroute, and sharing the results might show us where it's going wrong. I suggest downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following Riot NA server IP (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);

104.160.131.1

If you're getting packet loss within the time you ran it you'll see less packets received than sent, and where along the route it happened (between you and Riot). If you need help I suggest posting it over on the Help & Support board, or hitting us up in the League Community Discord server.

Same thing going on with me as well. It is not packet loss as everyone else continues doing their thing.
