Client stuck at 0mb/0mb ETA 0 minutes

So about the client, I open LOL client the first thing I saw was this "we're unable to log you in you may be offline" I try to restart my pc and try to fresh it nothing change it was still the same I decided to redownload LOL after doing that Eta was still 0 it wasn't even running in the background I been trynna figure this out for hours nothing seems to work if you have a solution please let me know this is getting so stressful I can't do this on my own ty for your time
