Can't move until restarting computer(left/right click not working)

So this has happened twice now, but not necessarily in a row. I load the game and when I enter it I can open the shop and such but the left and right click of my mouse wouldn't work. I would like to add that in order to fix it, I had to restart my computer, as restarting my game and even all League related processes wouldn't fix the problem. To give more info on my setup, I was using a razer mouse with razer software on my computer, just saying in case they are related to this problem. Anyone else have this problem?
