Client Crashing

Every time i open the client and click to either ban a champion/type/or just double click the client quickly opens and closes and sometimes it closes for good. I love league and this really upsets that i can't enjoy the game i love because it gives me a 30 min ban for leaving que when it's not my fault the client closes... PLEASE HELP! This is also with the recent patch 5.16 Also my log in is : RogVirgo if that helps looking me up..
