I Don't Know What The Problem is or if I'm Being Trolled, But Please Stop. [Crash][Client]

Please help, I am but a poor soul who wants to play some League of Legends.

Lemme tell you my story. I went on my computer ready to play some fun games of LOL. I went into the client, selected my game mode, and queued up. I got a game and which I promptly accepted. I got into champion select, no problems, I selected my champion, no problems. It was only when I finally got into the champion loading screen did my problem begin. I was on the loading screen, everything was normal, and I watched the loading percentages rise. Slowly, but they raised. This was all normal and patiently I waited to be put in the game. Suddenly, the percentages stopped going up. At the time, I thought this was a minor visual glitch or it was loading slow and that would fix itself and put me into the game. So, I waited. After about 3 minutes of waiting I realized I should've been in the game by now. I tabbed out of the client and went to close the client and reconnect, and then I saw it. Another tab with a message in it had popped up. It read: (I don't remember exactly what it said but it was along the lines of) "The game had ended, feel free to start another one." I closed this window and closed the champion loading screen. The client after displaying "skip waiting for stats," loaded in and showed the end game screen. It said that the game was a remake and that I had lost LP. I had also gotten an AFK warning. This is where it began. I wasn't penalized for leaving this game with a timer.

Right after I had failed getting into this game, I thought it was merely a glitch and a one time thing. Determined to play a game of LOL, I queued up for another game of LOL. Once again, everything went smoothly. I accepted the match, got into select, and locked in. Like last time, the percentages raised normally, and guess what, they stopped again. I waited about 30 seconds with the percentages not increasing at all. This time I wasn't gonna wait for the game to end. I tabbed out, with no new message, and exited out of the LOL champion loading screen. Going back to the client, I pressed the reconnect button to load back into the game. When I re-opened it, everything was normal. I was loading into the game, and then it stopped again. I stopped loading into the game. Here I just stared, hoping and praying that I could just play a game of LOL. My prayers were not answered, after 5 minutes when I checked and got the same "The game had ended, feel free to start another one." I closed the client again and went into the stats lobby. Another remake. I had gotten a AFK penalty of 5 10 minute waiting times in the low priority que. This got a little giggle out of me. Then I closed the client.

A few days later, I once again opened my league of legends client. I was determined to get rid of my timers and have some fun. I'm not sure why, but I was able to play these games fine. The percentages of the 5 games reached 100% and I was put in the game easily. I played one more game with no timer after those 5 games, which also worked perfectly. It seemed like the problem had resolved itself, and there would be no need to write a post about it, and everything was good again. I was very wrong. The next day I played another game. Once again everything was perfect, and getting past champ select was easy. Only when I again went into the champion loading screen, did my loading stop again. I noticed this immediately, and I panicked. I closed the champion loading screen and reconnected. I prayed, and gave my computer a belly rub, hoping it would help it load into the servers. It didn't help. Once again I was stuck on the champion loading screen. After a while, I tabbed out, got the "The game had ended, feel free to start another one." I closed the game and went into the stats. Another remake. This time I had gotten another AFK penalty. But it was much worse this time. 5 20 minutes waiting timers. I wasn't laughing at this one. I closed the client and came over here to make a post about it. Right now I am too scared to join a game because of the fear of getting an even larger timer and losing my honor levels.

Basically, I couldn't get past the champion loading screen for a few games, which have given me massive wait timers which frankly I don't wanna deal with. I'm annoyed because I am getting falsely accused for being AFK and there was literally nothing I could do. Please fix or recommend something to help me please. Btw, the ping in the bottom right jumped around from 30 to 50, with that spinning circle thing going around never stopping in the games where I got trolled.
