Jax Counter Strike can still get hit with Xin Zhao Three Talon Strike

While battling a Xin Zhao with a Jax and using Counter Strike, if Xin Zhao uses Three Talon Strike (Q) you will get hit and you will get knocked up on the 3rd strike. For proof that the hits weren't just being held till after my dodge was down, I used Counter Strike and got 2 hits later got knocked into the air, while in the air, I stunned him back. According to the tooltip of Counter Strike, you should be able to dodge ALL basic attacks, even ones that have an ability used with it.
