I cannot equip the default ward skin. [CLIENT]

So basically I just like the sound the default skin makes when you place it down, but for some odd reason I can't equip it. I can equip any other ward skin, just not the default one. This has been happening for quite a while now and it really started to bother me. I did a full repair and nothing happened. (The "Initiate Full Repair" button under the Troubleshooting tab in general client settings) I am looking for_ward_ to seeing you guys' opinions and maybe fixes on this.
