Sejuani's Q hits enemy champions behind her? [Gameplay]

So when I'm Sejuani and I'm getting chased. I want to Q over a wall occasionally. Sometimes, if someone is standing directly behind me (basically sniffing Bristle's backside), I'll try to Q over a wall, but it will still hit the champ directly behind me. Idk if this is intentional, but it seems like you shouldn't be able to stop a charging boar by simply holding its tail.
