Kindred Ult CD Bug

A minor bug, but one all the same. Kindred's ultimate looks like it goes on a cooldown to teammates if she tries to use her ult right before she dies.

I have only seen this bug recently once, but how it happened was simple enough. Kindred was polymorphed, and died right after she got out of polymorph. She tried to ult, but it didn't go off (No cooldown for her, but the in-game green dot for her ult goes on a cooldown). Unfortunately i don't have a screenshot for this one, but I hope that this can get fixed, since while minor it is a gameplay effecting issue.
