CLIENT ACCEPT AND DECLINE FREEZES WHEN ACCEPTED ( CANT DO ANYTHING BESIDES EXIT LEAGUE)

I'm in solo queue rank and I click accept, but it freezes and doesn't continue to the champion select. I can hear the champion select noises but it wont let me enter. I have no choice but to exit out, but it warns me not to. I wait for awhile, and it doesn't work. I leave and I get a ban timer penalty and I lose one of my rank promos due to a client bug? nonsense. Fix this riot!
