Ranked border not showing

It has been 4 months since I reported the bug to riot support, but nothing has changed. Whenever I play Yasuo in non-ranked game the border isn't showing, in the first days I thought i have selected the prestige border but that isn't the problem. Even though It is showing in ranked games I want it to be visible in normals and ARAM aswell.

Im also having this problem whenever i play jinx. Switching between star guardian and odyssey gives the same results so i dont think the skins matter. Ive only had this issue on jinx.
