[GAMEPLAY] Ascension: Invincible Rammus channel

As Rammus in ascension, I was able to get an invincible relic channel where I was able to move and damage (received or given) did not cancel the channel.

1. Begin channel of relic
2. Cancel channel with Q (Powerball)
3. You can now move and attack while channeling. The channel will complete without issue.

This occurred several times in the same game. I stopped playing rammus in ascension after I realized he was bugged, so I didn't test it any further. I was using default skin. I'm not sure about any item dependence. I made a highlight of it, but I don't know how to share highlights, if you even can.
