[GAMEPLAY] level up arrow bug

one of the level up arrows above the abilities (it happens to each one respectively) gets stuck on screen until you level it up again. it only happens when i use the ctrl + ability key function and it happens every single time. the only way I've found to get it off is by leveling up the ability again. i do not know if it happens on every map/champion but it happens on summoners rift for sure and on every marksman I've played on summoners rift.

Attached a screenshot of the bug. As you can see, my character was level 7, and I already had 7 ability upgrades, but the arrow remained until i hit level 8. On Mac client, CMND+E did not level it up or make the arrow go away, nor did clicking.
