[GAMEPLAY] Vayne can tumble out of Jarvan's "Impassable" terrain

Happened every time I ulted the Vayne in my last game, whether Vayne had used her ult or not.

1. Jarvan uses his ult on Vayne
2. Vayne goes to edge and tumbles
3. Jarvan is sad that Vayne is no longer in his fun circle
