IP Glitch (NA Server)

I have 6461 IP and I'm trying to purchase Yasuo and it is telling me I do not have enough IP when I clearly do. I know there were issues regarding this in the past. What can I do to be able to purchase my champion? Is this happening to anyone else?

This is currently a bug on the Beta Client which is being looked into. Please utilize the Legacy Client to make your purchases.
