Gameplay: Blitzcrank cannot pull over Azir Wall.

Blitzcranks pull is stopped by Azir's ult wall. You can hook over it but as soon as it tries to pull them past the wall it stops them in their tracks...

edit: them being the enemy champ you hit with the hook.
