Swain Northern Front Root

I just went against a mid and his E(root) was invisible until it hit me. I have no packet loss. I'm playing on a newer model of frontline PC's. I haven't had any issues with any other character. The moment he threw it out, I was already hit by it and saw the animation of me being rooted rather than the skill actually coming out at all.
