[GAMEPLAY] Guinsoo's not stacking with Yasuo's Q

The link was my runes at the time. I was doing dragons in the practice tool and was using scuttle to "refresh" my guinsoo's, and then I noticed instead of refreshing when I Q'd scuttle it just reset. It does not stack on jungle monsters, minions, or a practice dummy. At level 18, by the way, if that matters.

EDIT: I didn't think about this when I posted, but I tested to see if Q still at least did damage. It does.

Does not work with other keystones.
