Linux Client Connection error

Linux Client does not seem to be working right now, it always says connection error no matter how many times i have tried to log in, it still says connection error, i don't know if this is a bug or not, but i hope riot replies this post and tell me what is happening exactly. Is it the patch bug? Plz Riot Answer
