Kalista upgrading E

The tool kit doesn't match what the upgrading E says when the upgrade option is available. hmmm for example. Your current toolkit might say it will slow them 30%, but the upgrade talks about it going from 37.5% to 40-something percent (should you choose to upgrade). The numbers just don't match up while upgrading E
